I am preparing this part as a small suggestion. As someone who has been working as a tour guide for 2 years and living in Istanbul for about 20 years, I will give you a few little tips.
As you know, Istanbul is a big city and there is a lot to do, but assuming that you will have limited time, I suggested the most basic places to do or see;

After seeing that part, you will have seen the most historically valuable places. What I will suggest to you next is to visit Cappadocia, after spending 2 days there, you definitely need to see Ephesus and Pamukkale. I recommend you to choose package tours so that you can see all of them and use your time efficiently.

Otherwise, it will be inevitable for your holiday to become stressful when you are dealing with flight tickets, transfers, finding a nice hotel and similar issues.
