How long does it take to get a response when I ask a question or make a request?
Depending on the intensity, you will receive a response between 15-30 minutes.
How can we trust you?
Tours to Turkey operates under Viaurbis Travel (Viaurbis Turizm Seyahat Acentası), an A Group travel agency with operating certificate number 10841. The legal company is Viaurbis Turizm İthalat İhracat Ticaret Limited Şirketi. You can check our agency details through TÜRSAB and contact our team before booking.
Can I pay in cash?
For both payment methods (cash or credit card) 30% deposit is charged from your credit card. The rest 70% can be paid by cash which receives cash payment discount for Turkey Tour Packages. Istanbul daily tours do not have receive cash discount from prices.
How will I recognize your representative on arrival?
Before your arrival, we kindly ask you to provide us with your international flight details, including airline, flight number and time. According to these details, one of our representatives will be waiting for you outside the exit door of the arrivals hall. Our representative will carry a sign with your name on it.
