The cheapest figure in a search result may describe a different departure area or basket arrangement from the experience you have in mind.

Compare the same experience
Ask for the flight area, operator, planned flight duration and maximum number of passengers in the basket. Package names such as “standard” and “deluxe” are not enough to establish those details.
Also distinguish between time in the air and the entire excursion. Hotel collection, preparation and the return transfer are separate parts of your morning. Check the expected return window before booking another activity immediately afterwards.
If you are considering a private flight, ask whether the quoted amount is for the whole basket or for each passenger. That distinction is essential when comparing it with a shared flight.
Check what the quoted price includes
Request an itemised description covering hotel collection and return, the flight itself, and any refreshments or extras. Confirm whether collection is available from your specific hotel and whether any additional transfer charge applies.
Ask which currency you will pay in, when payment is due and how long the quote remains valid. A screenshot of an advertised starting price is not a substitute for confirmation of your date and passenger count.
Plan for the possibility of cancellation
